Our Story
Founded in 2024 in Ghana, nGOT Giants grew from a community of builders into a pan-African technology talent accelerator.
Learn moreWe believe young Africans can build the world's next great technology companies and research breakthroughs — and we make a four-year investment in every one of them.

We develop young Africans into engineers, researchers, founders, and technology leaders through hands-on training, technical sprints, and real projects.
Our culture is research-reading → presentation → building. Giants explore the frontier in weekly Giants Sessions, then ship production-grade systems.
We work at the deep-tech frontier: AI/ML, edge intelligence, bio-digital systems, energy, autonomous infrastructure, and digital governance.
We connect talent to opportunity through job simulations, a 'we train, you recruit' pipeline, international conferences, and startup programs.

Next Generation of Tech Giants is a pan-African technology talent accelerator based in Accra and Kumasi, Ghana. Founded in 2024, we're building toward impacting more than one million people within five years.
What We Do
Who we are
Founded in 2024 and based in Accra and Kumasi, Ghana, nGOT Giants has grown into a community that spans 16+ countries — with hundreds of developers, undergraduates, and high-school graduates. We're connected to BUILD SCITECH's Technology Transfer Program, and our work runs from intensive AI/ML sprints to deep-tech R&D in health, energy, food systems, and edge intelligence.

nGOT Giants was launched by Ransford Oppong — a Biomedical Engineering graduate from KNUST working across AI/ML, research, and health-tech — and Cottons Yaawa Kaka, Programs Coordinator, a Computer Science student at Wellesley College and a Microsoft Explore Intern.
Meet the co-founders
Six research teams drive our deep-tech R&D — TinyML & Edge AI, Quantum Research, AI & Software Engineering Security (ASES), BioTech, LLMs / Agentic AI, and Hardware, Product Design & IoT — working on active 2026 tracks from Smart Biofloc to Battery-Free IoT.
Explore research
We partner with institutions and initiatives — including The Uget Inspires Foundation on the Digital Governance Fellowship, The Management Fest (now part of Kickstart Global) on recruitment, and BUILD SCITECH's Technology Transfer Program.
